How the VERIDAXA comparison model works
A transparent explanation of the criteria, weighting and review principles behind the VERIDAXA online casino comparison.
Last updated · 2026-07-30Scoring framework
The VERIDAXA score is a weighted summary of six visible dimensions. It is designed to help readers compare documented operator signals without reducing the full assessment to a promotional claim.
- Licence, ownership and safety — 30%
- Payments and withdrawals — 20%
- Terms transparency — 15%
- Responsible-play controls — 15%
- Customer support — 10%
- Technical experience — 10%
Evidence and verification
Profiles should be supported by primary or authoritative sources wherever possible. These can include regulator registers, operator terms, payment documentation, responsible-play pages and observable product behaviour.
A profile records when its data was last checked. Missing, conflicting or stale evidence should reduce confidence rather than be silently filled with assumptions.
Ranking governance
Rank order is managed through the VERIDAXA editorial dashboard. Scores and positions can change when new evidence is reviewed, an operator changes its service, or the methodology is updated.
Commercial participation does not guarantee inclusion and must not determine an operator’s score. Any future compensated relationship should be disclosed where it is relevant to the reader.
Corrections and review
Operators, readers and regulators can request a factual review by emailing hello@veridaxa.com. A useful correction request should identify the profile, the disputed field and a verifiable source.
Methodology changes are applied consistently and the public explanation is updated when a material scoring rule changes.
